Most applications are reviewed within 1 - 2 business days. You will receive an email notification once your application has been approved, with instructions to activate your account. This is a manual process, we intentionally did not automate it.

Yes. Once logged in, visit your profile page to update your personal details, skills, interests, profile photo, and notification preferences at any time.

The signup email includes a verification link that works only once and expires after 72 hours. If it says invalid, expired, or already used, reply to support with your email address so we can help (If email is in junk email, move it to inbox and then try to click the link). After your email is verified, your account may still need admin approval before you can sign in. The approval email contains a sign-in link, not a second activation link.

Roles can change depending on how much you participate, what you know, and how involved you are in the community’s projects, both inside and outside.

Yes. Your global role controls platform-wide access. Within each project, you can be assigned a separate project role - for example, a Project Coordinator in one project and a Team Member in another.

The forum is accessible via the "Forum" link in the main navigation. Public forum categories are visible to guests. Member categories require you to be logged in. Your platform account is linked to the forum through our integration.

Some content is restricted to members or specific roles. If you are logged in and still cannot access something, your role may not include that permission. Contact through the internal ticketing system, and a decision will be taken based on the community policies.

Log in to your account, and in the profile settings screen, you can request "Account Deletion Request". We will remove your account and associated data within 10 business days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Projects

Browse the Projects page and find a project you'd like to contribute to. Click "View" to see the full project details, then submit a join request. The project coordinator will review your request and notify you.

You can do it by project page, at the end "Submit Proposal" block, which will take you to the contact us page and select "Project idea" in the category

A Project Coordinator leads a specific project - managing team members, setting tasks, posting updates, and ensuring the project progresses. This role is assigned by admins and carries project-level management permissions.

Each project has a task board where coordinators can create tasks, assign them to team members, set priorities and due dates, and track progress through statuses: To Do, In Progress, Blocked, and Done.

No. Some projects are set to "Members Only" visibility - meaning only registered members can view and join them. The visibility setting is controlled by the project coordinator or admin.

Programs & Classes

Seerah refers to the life and biography of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ). Studying Seerah helps Muslims understand the context of Quranic revelations, draw lessons from the Prophet's character and conduct, and strengthen their faith through his example.

Some classes are open to the public - these are marked on the Projects page. Core programs such as the mentorship curriculum and advanced classes are typically for registered members.

Consider your child's age, current knowledge level, and learning style. Look for classes that offer a structured curriculum, qualified and experienced teachers, and a welcoming environment. Starting with basic Quran reading and Islamic etiquette is ideal for younger children, while older students can gradually progress into Tafseer, Fiqh, and Seerah studies.

Even dedicating two to three hours per week can lead to significant growth over time. The key is regularity and intention. Adults can divide their time between Quran recitation and memorization, attending a weekly class or lecture, and personal reading of Seerah or Islamic literature. Many scholars emphasize that learning should be a lifelong habit rather than a short-term goal.
